I recently stayed at a boutique hostel in San Gil and it was the best value for money on my entire trip. The hostel is safe, comfortable, and quiet, with a beautifully renovated common area to relax in. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the beds are big and comfortable. The staff, particularly Gustavo and Tatiana, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area, providing great recommendations for activities and lesser-known tourist sites. The breakfast served every morning was delicious, and overall I had a fantastic stay at Meraki Boutique.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely boutique hostel. The bed was big and comfortable, the showers had great water pressure, and the shared facilities were fantastic. We especially loved the cozy lounge area with a big TV and the well-equipped kitchen. There were even free water and coffee available. The location was convenient, with a supermarket nearby and the old town center within walking distance. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
